Product Description:
This is a vaccine for the prevention of abortions and disease caused by Campylobacter (vibriosis) and Chlamydia psittaci (enzootic abortion of ewes).Not approved for use in goats. Refer to extra-label drug use.
Dosage and Administration: Give 2 mLs subcutaneously (SQ) in the top of the neck about 4 inches from the ear. A first dose should be given 60 days prior to breeding. A second dose should be given 30 days after the first. After this initial series, a single dose is required 2-4 weeks prior to the breeding season each year, thereafter.
Packaging: This product comes in 10 and 50 dose bottles. Shake well prior to use.
Precautions and Side Effects: This vaccine may cause the formation of small nodules at the injection site. Allergic reactions are also a possibility.
Storage and Shelf Life: This vaccine must be refrigerated prior to use, but should be removed from the refrigerator 10-12 hours before use.
Meat Withholding: 60 days in sheep.
